	LDG series - IECEx Laser Distance Sensors The LDG distance sensors enable exact, precise and millimeter-exact measurements by means of time-of-flight measurement in the Ex area. The sensor is suitable for matt, shiny and colored (even black!) objects. The sensor has an optical power limiter and is therefore allowed to shine into zone 0 and 20. The series is approved for Ex zones 1, 2, 21, 22 (gas and dust Ex). ATEX and IECEx certified For the Ex zones (0), 1, 2, (20), 21, 22 Ranges up to 30m with 1mm resolution Output 4...20mA, RS485 Optical power limitation Sensors may radiate in zone 0 and 20

				Prevent explosions
				For an explosion to occur, the three components fuel, oxygen and an ignition source must come together. These components can be represented as a so-called "explosion triangle". An explosion can no longer occur if one of these three components is missing.
