Leak monitoring with platform connection

The consequences of a leak can be serious. Fluids that escape from a system unnoticed often cause extensive property damage. System failures and the associated production stoppages are also frequent consequences that lead to financial losses. In addition, leaks can cause environmental damage by releasing hazardous substances into the environment. In technical systems, a leak can also pose a safety risk, such as explosions or fires that endanger employees.

To prevent leaks from causing more extensive damage, it is essential to respond quickly.

To this end, we have various designs of leak sensor for different applications. These enable the monitoring of either a specific point or an entire area, depending on the situation. Since the sensors are battery-powered, they can be placed in even the most difficult-to-reach locations.
 
 
Various scenarios, each with different solutions
 
Buildings with several floors
 
An office building usually has different levels or building sections. Starting with the plant room in the basement, through to the server room and on to the office workstations with the corresponding kitchen and toilet areas. All of these areas have their own potential leakage risk areas.
 
  • Technical room
    Cooling and heating systems have a cycle system for water or cooling liquids that can leak in the event of a problem.
     
  • Server room
    Here, the leakage of coolant or the accumulation of condensation can cause serious damage to the sensitive IT infrastructure.
     
  • Toilet area
    Overflowing toilets or blocked drains can quickly lead to major water damage.
 
In addition to the leakage information, the sensors can also transmit the current temperature and humidity to the platform. In this way, heat or humidity problems can be detected with the same sensor. This provides a holistic picture of the situation.

Local solution with switching output and without platform connection
 
The combination of our sensors with a controller enables leakage monitoring with the wireless convenience and safety of a local solution. The system functions autonomously and alarms via two switching outputs, which can be freely programmed. 16 leakage sensors can be managed per controller. These can all be the same model or mixed.

The two relays can be used, for example, so that one activates a warning light or siren and the other closes a valve to prevent further leakage of the liquid.

Leaks often cause considerable damage, system failures and environmental pollution. To minimize these risks, we offer flexible leakage sensors for various areas of application, such as technical and server rooms as well as sanitary facilities. The sensors monitor at specific points or over a wide area and can also measure temperature and humidity. A local solution with a controller enables autonomous alarming and control, which enables rapid intervention and effective damage limitation.

No, you don't need it!
 
Thanks to our all-round carefree package, we work with you to develop the view of the platform, add all devices and pair them with the corresponding gateway.

All you have to do is attach the sensors to the desired location and the system is ready to go!

You can make small adjustments to the platform yourself at any time, the system is very intuitive.
